This form is for PR boxes (i.e. physical ARCs with promotional material). However, by filling out this form, you will automatically be enrolled for a digital ARC as well. I will do my best to accommodate your preferences but supplies are limited and unfortunately, I will not be able to provide a PR box to everyone who signs up.
